• Completely Flat - The standard thickness of a plastic replacement sign face is 3/16”. A completely flat sign retains this thickness throughout with no raised elements. This style is the least expensive.
• Pan Molded - This style describes a sign surface that extends out beyond the sign cabinet. Some people say this style looks like the face is “bubbled out.”
• Pan and Embossed - This type of sign is similar to the Pan Molded style, but it takes a step further with raised letters or graphics.
PVC & Polystyrene: A good solid substrate that can be used for any indoor (or limited outdoor) purpose. The sheets have good toughness, and environmental stress crack properties. A rigid material that resists dents and cracking, it accepts pressure-sensitive vinyl films and digital printing with a liquid gloss finishing option.
Magnetic Roll Media: Our magnetic sign material is completely waterproof and flexible and is available in a wide variety of colors, shapes and sizes. Our magnetic sign material can also be finished with a liquid laminate for superior durability.
Banner Material- Banner is a nylon-reinforced vinyl material. Banner material is typically designed for graphics on one side or two sides and are available in a mesh banner material as well. Our 13oz and 18oz vinyl banner material is available in gloss and matte finishes.
